Note the following terms.

  1. Your application is not complete until full payment has been received.

  2. Completing this Application does not guarantee entry into the tournament.  Our tournament committee strives to provide competitive teams in each of our brackets.  If your team is not accepted, your payment will be fully refunded.

  3. No refunds will be given to teams that withdraw after they have been accepted into the tournament.

  4. In the unlikely event that the tournament is cancelled due to weather, disaster, or other circumstances outside the control of the tournament, teams will be refunded a portion of their entry fee after deducting expenses incurred.  The Tournament is not liable for any travel or other expenses incurred by the teams.
